I decided to become a integrative therapist for a very simple reason: because I myself have suffered in the past and now want to provide the right kind of help to people going through the same journey.
Like many, I struggled during my teens, twenties and thirties, battling with issues such as severe anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, addiction, and relationship issues. I have been there and got the t-shirt, so to speak. These experiences, combined with high levels of specialist training, gave me an important balance between maturity and a down-to-earth sense of humour. My past allows me to have an intuitive appreciation of your situation and, in turn, an understanding of what you might need to reach a better place.
Having spent considerable time working at a local wellbeing centre that provides private medical healthcare, I am now looking to expand my own practice in Great Chart. At the moment, individuals can visit for 50-minute sessions.
